For most floors, yes — it gives you the look of marble without the upkeep. Framework absorbs 0.5% water or less, resists frost, and never needs sealing. Real marble etches, stains, and needs resealing. If you want stone that ages and patinas, go real. If you want the look and none of the maintenance, go porcelain.
-
Yes. Every Framework color is made at the same sizes and thickness, so they sit flush together. In the Pattern Studio you can load several colors into each square and scatter them randomly, alternate them, or run them by row or column.
-
Match the tile to the room. 4x4 or 3x3 reads best in powder rooms and backsplashes. 12x12 is the classic floor size. 24x24 works in open kitchens and large living spaces, where a small checker gets busy.
-
Yes — the Framework Pattern Studio is free. It has 25 patterns, uses real scans of every Framework color, shows true-scale grout joints, and prints a selection sheet you can hand to a client or rep.
-
Yes. It's porcelain with a matte finish and a DCOF above 0.42, the ANSI threshold for level interior floors that get wet. For shower floors, the 2x2 mosaic gives the most grip because of the extra grout lines.

The 8" octagon comes in Bianco di Asiago and Carrara. The 1.8" dot comes in Bianco di Asiago, Carrara, Nero Select, Rosa Perlino, Rosso Verona, and Empress Green. Carrara octagon with a Nero Select dot is the classic pairing.
