Inside a custom-built 2024 estate in Florida’s private Bear’s Club community, Audrey Lane makes a quiet but unforgettable appearance in the bathroom. The home, conceived by luxury design firm Marc-Michaels, leans into refined resort-style living with marble waterfall islands, Wolf appliances, impact windows and doors, a full-home generator, an outdoor summer kitchen, and a saltwater pool. So, naturally, the bathroom needed a tile moment that could keep up.
For this space, the design team selected Smell The Roses, a Marc Thee Waterjet pattern from Audrey Lane. The pattern brings a soft floral rhythm to the room, but the finish choice keeps it tailored and elevated. Graphite Matte and Graphite Polished create tone-on-tone dimension, giving the bath depth, movement, and a little drama without going full diva. The result feels luxe, layered, and quietly custom.
